Type 13X molecular sieve – zeolite – for the adsorption of water, carbon dioxide and other substances up to 10Å in molecular diameter.
  • H₂O adsorption capacity of up to 25%
  • Selective adsorption based on molecular size and polarity
  • Deep drying to the ppm range
  • Reusable through regeneration
  • Suitable for rapid adsorption at relatively low gas throughput.

Our CAGESPHERE® 13X is a high-quality, sodium-based aluminosilicate crystalline zeolite with a Type X structure. It has been specifically developed for the adsorption of water vapor to achieve extremely low residual moisture levels and for the adsorption of carbon dioxide at scale. 

Due to its unique X-cage structure, it adsorbs even more water, and does so more quickly than our other CAGESPHERE® molecular sieves. 

The beads are beige and available in various packaging units and grain sizes—ideal for laboratory applications and industrial drying processes such as desiccant dryers.
